Scoops of Aloha is a mystery scoop shop filled with kawaii-inspired treasures, stationery, accessories, collectibles, and island-themed surprises.

Can I choose my items?

No. Every scoop is a surprise.

Can I leave preferences?

Absolutely! You can list your favorite colors, characters, themes, animals, and wish-list items, and we will do our best to fulfill your requests whenever possible. Because Scoops of Aloha is a mystery scoop shop, specific items cannot be guaranteed.

You may also list up to three specific dislikes or exclusions.

Examples

• Favorite colors: turquoise, purple, blue
• Favorite characters: Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, Kuromi
• Favorite themes: ocean, tropical, kawaii
• Wish items: journals, pens, tote bags, washi tape
• Dislikes: headbands, keychains, bracelets

How many dislikes can I choose?

🌺 Up to three specific dislikes or exclusions are allowed. If more than three are listed, only the first three will be considered.

What are Tiki Totems?

Tiki Totems are free gifts included with qualifying scoop tiers.

What are Treasure Chests (Gacha)?

Treasure Chests are bonus prizes included with qualifying scoop tiers.

Can I return or exchange items?

No. All sales are final.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within one hour of purchase.
