All sales are final. Because Scoops of Aloha offers mystery scoop products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Orders may be canceled within one hour of purchase.

Customers are encouraged to record an unedited video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the contents are fully revealed in the event of a missing item or shipping issue.

Scoops of Aloha reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with store policies.
